We reserve the right to decline any order for any reason.
If you are still in a contract with your network service provider, you should check the terms and conditions of your mobile operator before you unlock your mobile phone.
When making an order, the Buyer needs to supply us with the information we require such as Buyer's Name, Email Address and the Buyer's mobile phone's IMEI number.

Incorrect orders and refunds
It is the Buyer's responsibility to ensure that the mobile phone the Buyer intents to unlock whose IMEI number has been given by the Buyer when purchasing the service, and the network the handset is currently locked to is supported by our service.
Incase the unlock code for a correct order is unavailable, a full refund of the unlocking service price and payment processing fee will be refunded.

Due to the nature of product, orders are submitted to remote server for processing immediately after the payment is received, this process is automated and cannot be interrupted manually. Refund is only allowed in case of an incorrect code provided by us, a video proof is needed to claim the refund. There is no refund if the IMEI or any other information provided by the buyer was incorrect, or the phone was already unlocked, or if buyer is unable to key in the code. Please do not place an order unless you have complete and correct details required for the order.

It should be noted that we do not keep all codes in stock for instant delivery. We keep as many of the popular ones as we can in stock and outsource for the rest. This can mean that sometimes, in extreme cases or weekends, we may take up to 72 hrs to find your code.

Previous unlock attempts
We cannot guarantee success with the unlock codes we supply if the mobile phone that you intents to unlock has been subject to a previous unlock attempt.
The customer accepts that a refund, in part or in full, will not be offered or given where the unlock codes supplied by us have failed because the target handset has been subject to a previous unlock attempt.

Video proof
In the unlikely event that the codes we provide fail to unlock the Buyer's mobile phone, and if all criteria in Guarantee of these terms & conditions are met, we will seek video proof to support the claim that the provided codes failed to remove the network restriction on your mobile phone before any claim for a refund can be satisfied. You will be required to send the video that shows you are entering the code and after that the network restriction still in place. If the network restriction has been removed at the time of video recording, even if you claim that you used another service to remove the network restriction, we will assume that the code we provided have unlocked the handset, and any claim for a refund will be denied. Due to the electronic nature of our business, we have no other way to determine whether an unlock has been successful or not.

Refund will be issued via the payment method you used, without any fees. We reserve the right to ask for evidence that the code was incorrect.

If you BlackBerry is GSM/CDMA compitable, we can only unlock the GSM side of your BlackBerry.

Buyer is responsible to check the compatability of their device with the network they intend to user their phone.

You must provide the network provider and country your BlackBerry is currently locked with.

You must provide correct and accurate IMEI number DIRECTLY from your handset by pressing *#06# and copying the 16-digit number that your phone displays. Do not copy it from another phone, as your handset has an IMEI that is unique to any other mobile phone.

There is no refund if the IMEI you supplied to us was incorrect but a code was found for that wrong IMEI.

Delivery of service is a minimum 1 hours to a maximum of 72 hours (depending on method and brand, see details on order page. Week-ends and public holidays), starting from the time you submit your request for code. In most cases, it takes only one business day to receive your unlock code.

Full Money Back Guarantee does not apply to delays in delivery if the service is delivered later than expected. In the event that your code is going to be delayed for any reason, you will be notified via email at the address you provided.

Once the order has been submitted and paid, it is IMPOSSIBLE TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER. You will not be issued a refund if you decide to find another way to unlock your mobile without waiting until the process is completed.

We cannot refund the transaction if your T-Mobile G1 displays a message such as "Too Many Tries" or "Too Many Attempts".
